Based on my own experiences as a midwife and mother of four children, it means a lot to me to support women in experiencing their births mentally and physically intact, to be guided by their intuition and not by their fears and to feel the deep, inner certainty that they are the most competent persons for their children.
In Germany, only eight percent of all births still take place without interventions such as inducing labor, an epidural, oxytocin injections, fundal pressure (pressing on the abdomen), episiotomy, vacuum extraction, forceps, caesarean section, etc. and I have noticed in my online and offline work how valuable it is for women to learn more about the lessons learned by other mothers during their birth experiences.
That's why I launched the Strong voices project by women for women on my YouTube channel, in which mothers of all ages report on their very different birth journeys.
Would you like to take part in the project?
Please send me a message via the contact form with a short description of your experiences. I will then send you all further information for the video recording.
